Don was doing some PRS matches last week after getting done with the GAP Grind and Last Qualifier in GA He decided do a little Hog Hunting. After a quick stop at Armageddon Gear in Buena Vista, we geared up and started the night finding a small Boar Hog at the edge of a corn field. We decided to do a predator stand and another Big Boar Walked out about 70 yards from us and made for an easy photo. We decided to hit a freshly turned peanut field and ended up retrieving 6 out a sounder with more making it to the woods. Wild Hog Hunting is exactly that Wild. There is no telling how many will come out each night, but we do our best to pile them up. Book A Hunt with us and see how high you can stack your pile.

Thermal Hog Hunting

It was a long long night of hunting. 2 encounters with the first hog making it to the woods. Finally got on a large sounder and was able to drop 5 hogs. We will do all we can to find hogs. They come out when they want and its damn near impossible to pattern them. Our customers did a 10 hour drive, hunted all night and then drove 10 hours home. I don’t know if they have a phobia of hotels or if they are just hardcore hunters. Grateful to have customers like these.

Guide Clayton Slayed tonight. While Capt. Max was getting rammed into by deer. Clayton and Crew were stacking hogs. Just because Clayton is young, skinny, and wrestles in the girls division doesn’t mean he can’t get you on wild hogs. Clayton McArdle shined on St. Patricks day.

Bruce Dropped this two Wild Boars. It was a long night of hunting as the temps dropped suddenly and I think It slowed the movement of animals. Still had success and grinned through the night and never gave up. See how many you can pile up and Book A Hunt.
